Macaroni Kid West bank wants to Celebrate the Class of 2020!

Orleans, Jefferson and Plaquemines Parish Public, Charter or Private School Seniors

By Suzette Wilkinson April 15, 2020

It is Spring of 2020 and Seniors everywhere should be making so many memories of their last year in high school but instead the Class of 2020 is faced with unprecedented situation. A world Pandemic has forced stay at home orders, business closures and off course that includes closing of school buildings. On April 15, 2020, the Governor of Louisiana officially closed schools for the remainder of the school year. Schools are working hard to provide distance learning for all their students. While it has been hard for everyone, our Class of 2020 will miss out on their last sports season, the last few weeks with their classmates and teachers, Senior class trips, Prom and more than likely commencement ceremonies.

Macaroni Kid West bank cannot possibly make up for all that Class of 2020 is missing out on but we want to show them we are proud of their hard work. If you are the parent of a senior and would like us to show case your Senior on our website and social media, all you have to do is fill out this form to tell me about your senior and upload a photo. We will publish an article each week with 10-15 Seniors and we will also show case each one of them individually on our social media platforms. I am hoping it will bring a smile to our Class of 2020 and their proud parents, family and friends Open to Orleans Parish, Jefferson Parish and Plaquemines Parish high school seniors from public, charter or private schools. Let’s show off all our seniors and their accomplishments!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE CLASS OF 2020!

We are very proud of each and everyone of you.

Take pride in how far you’ve come. Have faith in how far you can go. But don’t forget to enjoy the journey.” —Michael Josephson
