Many of our students rely on school breakfast and lunch and with schools closed through April 13th, many children will not have a nutritious meal. The city of NOLA and NOLA Public Schools are working together to bring meals to children in need. In addition, some private businesses are also offering free meals. Meals will be available to any child 18 and under, regardless of what school they attend. No child will be refused.
We will continue to update this list, so please check back for new locations.
UPDATE:
Thursday March 26th:
- We will serve meals for both Thursday and Friday.
-Service Hours: remain the same, 9 am – 12 pm.
Friday, March 27th:
-Community Feeding Sites will NOT be open on Friday, March 27.
Starting March 30th and Moving Forward:
-Every Monday we will provide meals for 2 days.
-Every Wednesday we will provide meals for 3 days.
-Moving forward Community Feeding sites will NOT be open on Tuesday, Thursday or Friday.
