It's time to start planning for summer camps and activities for the kids to stay entertained, engaged, practice a skill or maybe learn a new skill, and even make new friends. Check out these great summer camp programs with offerings for children 1-12 years. Please be sure to check each listing for ages, type of camps offered, costs, dates, and location. 




Make it an unforgettable summer at Sacred Heart! We are excited to offer a wide variety of festive and fun summer camps and enrichment opportunities. Camp runs from June 10-July 26 for girls and boys ages 1-13.

Have a “whale” of a summer on the 12-acre country campus of Arden Cahill Academy’s Camp Corral! Cahill Camp Corral offers a relaxed environment where children continue to grow and develop during the summer months under the supervision of qualified teachers and experienced instructors.

Campers age 3 (Must turn 4 by 9/30/19) through 14 are welcomed to attend





Ursuline Academy’s Camp U provides individualized camp programs with subjects your camper loves most. Empower your camper with fun challenges including creative problem solving, collaboration, and entrepreneurship with Camp Invention. For your creative spirit, Camp Create offers art, singing, cooking, baking, sewing, creative writing, music, and more. Your shining star will have fun gaining valuable performance skills in Camp Starstruck—playing “improve” games, learning about stage makeup, and rehearsing for the finale, Cinderella. For athletes, there’s Camp of Champions lead by both district and state-winning coaches and former college athletes and includes volleyball, softball, basketball, running, cheer, tennis and soccer.

YMCA camp gives children and teens the opportunity to get outdoors and learn about nature, discover new interests, be more physically active, and develop confidence, independence, leadership and social skills, all while becoming part of a community.  

Pre-school Camp (ages 3-4 and potty trained) through kids entering 8th grade available at Belle Chasse YMCA and Plaquemines Parish Partnership YMCAs, Youth Camp (children entering K-6).

NORDC SUMMER CAMPS
