The show features Disney Pixar Inside Out feelings characters trying to help Riley sort through her emotions by using memories that will give her the confidence she needs to win the hockey championship and experience the rollercoaster of growing up. We see Beauty and The Beast, Cinderella, Rapunzel, Tiana and the Disney Princesses make their dreams come true through their virtues of bravery, kindness and perseverance. Each scene represents one of Riley's memory related to one of the feelings, as they try to help her find happiness.
I was very impressed with Ariel and Tangled presentations. Both princesses incorporated acrobatics into their performance. It was truly impressive to see Ariel do an upside down split mid air and swing holding to the cord with ONE hand. Rapunzel and Flynn flew through the air holding on a yellow strap of material that resembled Rapunzel's long blond hair.
The second half of the show started with our favorite, Disney Pixar Finding Dory. All my children absolutely love Dory and they had been waiting for this part of the show. The adaptation of the movie and the scenery were great. It definitely kept my children's undivided attention. Disney On Ice Follow Your Heart also celebrates true friendship with Buzz Lightyear, Woody and Jessie. And of course, everyone's favorite Characters from Frozen showed you will find true love when you follow your heart.
I have to say Disney did it again! This is an amazing show for the young and the young at heart. Disney on Ice Follow Your Heart definitely gets thumbs up from my children and me. We have made some unforgettable memories with Mickey, Minnie and all our Disney friends.
